Pilates at Regimes Pilates has been around since the 1920's. It was developed by a German athlete called Joseph Pilates. Originally, he used the method to rehabilitate wounded soldiers.
But when he opened his first studio in New York dancers and actors quickly took up his method. Today, Madonna, Jennifer Anniston, Lindsay Lohan, Liz Hurley are all huge fans.

Our Pre-Natal Pilates Courses are the prefect way to stay toned during pregnancy, with lots of exercises to work that all-important pelvic floor.
