Over 120 classes every week
Drop in after your stressful day and take the stress out in our powerhouse fit box class, or relax and unwind in our fitness yoga class, or come take a ride with us in our fast thrilling spin class, or why not let your feet do the talking in our fun and funky step class or tighten up your abs and buns in our tonezone class. Our classes run from 7am till 9:30 pm, take a twenty, thirty or forty minute class whatever suits your needs and time.
If the classes aren't your thing let one of our fully qualified trainers tke you through your personalized programme, get the attention and the service you deserve from a real gym with real trainers who care and can get you the results you want.
We are not only a health and fitness club we are a social outlet for our members. Some of our annual yearly events include: turkey trot (every Christmas), Easter bunny run (every Easter), members Christmas party, coffee mornings, member of the month celebrations, charity events, annual birthday party and 5 a side soccer events.

Debbie, manager - originally from Dublin, has finished Dublin Institute of Leisure, Food and Tourism, NCEHS in step aerobics, fitness instruction, fitball, aqua aerobics, spin cycle, sport injuries and remedial therapy qualified, 7 years of experience, enjoys running all types of classes.
Julie, manager - NCEHS qualified in step, spin, boxercise and flexible strenght, 7 years with Slender Health Club, currently studying anatomy, physiology and holistic massage.
Nicola, manager - ITEC, NCEF in gym and aerobic, NCEHS in spinning, specialises in gym classes, 12 years of experience
Jonathan, manager - NCEF, ITEC diplomas, qualified also in Reebok Step and Spinning, specialises in personal training and running the classes, 8 years of experience.
Kelly, fitness instructor - NCEF qualified at Limerick University, specialises in aerobics, step, spinning, circuits and toning classes. Her passion is to educate people on the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, encouraging and motivating the members to achieve their goals.
Irina, fitness instructor - originally from Lithuania, NCEF qualified at the Body Culture Institut, 11 years of experience, specialises in gym and fitness classes.
Jane, fitness instructor - originally from London, qualified in martial arts, fitness, fitball, step and spinning, 4 years of experience as a fitness instructor, 8 years experience as a dance instructor, specialized in step, toning, tummies, flexible strength and aerobics classes
Anna, fitness instructor - originally from Poland, qualified in aerobics, step, fitness, yoga, new age toning, power barbell and Pilates, 2 years of experience.
Mairead, fitness instructor, sport and leisure management diploma I.T.E.C, qualified in gym and fitness instruction and body massage, 8.5 years of experience, loves to teach classes and working the member's on a one to one basis.
Ciara, fitness instructor, I.T.E.C diploma in aerobic and gym instruction, cerificate in Step and Spinning with Reebok. Currently studying Advanced Personal training with Lutton Lane Training Ltd.
