The course is presented and delivered by Suzanne Quinn from Spirit Yoga Dublin Suzanne is a graduate of the Irish school of Yoga and in 2007 was awarded YTTC Mary Quaill diploma in teacher training. Suzanne has been involved in Yoga for over a decade and during that time she had the opportunity to train with the World wide recognised yoga teacher Judith Hanson. Focus Fitness continue to provide classes nation wide covering all aspects of health & fitness and we are very pleased to have Suzanne present this course for us.

We have a studio manager -Erin, at Ranelagh, who can answer queries, take bookings, sell props etc. Reception is staffed from 5-9pm, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, 5-7pm on Thursdays, 10.30-11.00am Saturdays.If no answer, maybe we are teaching or practicing, sleeping, or eating chocolate. Look at the map to see where we are.

Styles of yoga:
Hatha Yoga: Hatha Yoga promotes flexibility, tones the body, enhances vitality, cultivates balance, and calms the mind. It improves strength and endurance and increases awareness and concentration. It alleviates stress and creates a welcome feeling of wholeness and deep relaxation.
Dynamic Flow: Dynamic Flow is the unique linking of one asana (posture) to the next in an even flow, encouraging a balance of strength and flexibility, lightness and heaviness, movement and stillness. This integration manifests when the act of breathing and movement cease to be separate entities. Dynamic Flow also assists in creating heat which allows more freedom of exploration within the postures.
